• Content creators are responsible for securing their accounts and ensuring their credentials are not compromised.

3. Content Creator Responsibilities

• Content creators may access and use the site solely for their own personal use.
• Content creators must sign a document verifying the authenticity of their personal data, age, and agreement to these TOS.
• Content creators are fully responsible for all content and activities associated with their accounts.
• You must not interfere with or attempt to bypass any security features of the site.
• You are committed to protecting minors and ensuring that no underage individuals access explicit content.
• Any engagement in or encouragement of illegal behavior is the sole responsibility of the content creator. Tazel.com assumes no liability in such cases.
• Services are available only to legal adults. No sexually explicit material should be easily accessible to minors.

4. Prohibited Content & Conduct

• To maintain a safe and lawful platform, the following content and behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• By posting content on Tazel.com, creators grant the platform a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, promote, and distribute their content within the platform’s services.
• Content creators must ensure they have the necessary rights and permissions to publish any content, including music, images, and videos.
• Unauthorized use of another creator’s content without permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Account Termination & Suspension

Tazel.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of:

• Violation of these Terms of Service.
• Engagement in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.
• Repeated complaints from users regarding misconduct.
• Failure to verify identity or maintain compliance with platform policies.
• Any action deemed to damage the reputation or integrity of Tazel.com.
• Users may request a review of any account suspension decision, but Tazel.com maintains sole discretion in final determinations.

8. Content Compliance & Legal Obligations

• All content, including photos, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, is the sole responsibility of the content creator.
• Sexually explicit content is allowed but must comply with applicable laws, including 18 U.S.C. section 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75, which regulate visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct.
• Content creators must ensure their content does not cause harm to Tazel.com or violate any laws, including fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.
• Tazel.com is not liable for any content, damages, or legal issues arising from the use of the platform.
• You, not Tazel.com, are solely responsible for all of your User Content. Tazel.com does not control others’ use of your content.

10. Disclaimers & Liability Limitations

• You acknowledge that your use of our services is at your own risk.

• We are not responsible for monitoring transactions between users and third-party providers.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tazel.com disclaims all liability for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.

11. Indemnification
